YES! The Festival is ON! A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Alabama Tornado Relief. "Hands on Birmingham" will be on site informing people how they can volunteer to help with the disasters of the tornados. The event will be held on Saturday, April 30th at the Historic Downtown Bessemer, Alabama at The DeBardeleben Park located on 1623 2nd Avenue North. The festival will feature talented award winning blues musicians from local to nationwide playing live blues music on one stage beginning at noon till 11pm. The festival will be a good time to enjoy some great blues music, delicious Bob Sykes Bbq, and a children's corner will be provided. Children 12 and under are free. Be sure to bring a chair, a blanket, the family, and set-up your spot for the day at a beautiful park.
